 Cingular Media package includes 400 text/instant messages, photo and video and 1 MB for Mobile Internet. An overage rate of $0.10 applies, $0.25 per Multimedia Message (MMS) and $0.01 per kilobyte for Wireless Internet Express (WIX) apply. Multimedia Messages (MMS) capable phone required as well as a subscription to MMS, Wireless Internet Express (WIX) and Text Messaging services. Premium Text Messages are charged at their stated rates. Some elements of MMS messages may not be accessible, viewable, or heard due to limitations on certain mobile phones, PC’s, or email. There is a $0.25 per message sent if not subscribed to one of the MMS packages. Text, Instant, and MMS messages are charged when sent or received, whether read or unread or solicited or unsolicited. Additional charges for downloaded content, international text messages, and international multimedia messages apply. If you cancel the text messaging service, you will not be able to send and receive messages, but Cingular does not guarantee all incoming messages will be blocked.
